The traditional approach sees loading and exploding as an important part of programming, while the athletes are not physically ready for this. That's when injuries happen. Our norm is to train athletes to become more athletic.  We progress our athletes towards loading and exploding, our system allows individuals to progress while staying within their individual capacity.

Load on the right foundations.

With the Kritz Strength System your people develop the capacity to handle their body weight before adding load with external weight. For some the progressing towards load will be fast, for others it may take time.  Progression can occur through the different movement patterns, one athlete could be loading the squat pattern and not the push pattern.  The system highlights the athletes strengths and weaknesses and provides a framework for them to move towards athleticism.  In a group environment many athletes will be at many different levels across the different movement patters.

Measuring and tracking progress against goals.

The Kritz Movement System clearly identifies an athletes starting point and tracks progression over multiple athletes.  With clear individualised exit challenges you are not left to rely solely on a coaches experience and expertise.  Understanding where your people are at, where they are going and how they are tracking against their goals is important for all coaches, this information will now be readily available.
