The 12 Week System Challenge is about helping people to become physically ready for what life demands of them. Whether this is high performance sport or being more capable of daily life and remaining injury free. Thanks to our Kritz Movement System the Challenge is suitable for all levels.

8 Week Youth System Challenge
Specifically designed for young athletes to help them to become more athletic and to build foundations that are required to be the best they can be and to stay free of injury.
The youth challenge runs every term with the next one starting Monday 22 October
The holiday programme includes daily sessions (for one or two weeks) in which young athletes learn the essentials to enhance their performance. We touch on key aspects such as Speed, Strength and Endurance, and most importantly lay the foundations for optimal performance.
The next Holiday Programme starts Monday 1 October.
