Initially you learn to move correctly. Our system has stripped back all movement in sport and life to seven fundamental movement patterns that everyone should master to be confident, to perform and to stay safe.

The five-level system -starting with ‘movement’- takes you up to the level of your target. The system allows coaches to assess a person's current physical ability and map out a pathway towards their goals.
